All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges on the following:

• All TCG Products

• All Blind Box and Randomized Product

• Board Games that show signs of being played

• Any items discounted or marked as “Used”

• Previous editions of games and books

Refunds or Store Credit/Exchange are permitted on the following:

• Unused RPG Books & Traditional Books at the discretion of our staff

• Unused Miniatures in unopened condition

• Unplayed Board Games, open boxes at the discretion of the staff

All items to be refunded or exchanged must have been purchased at Giant Space Hamster Games and have the original receipt. 

We only provide refunds as purchased by means of the original payment method.
